Learn traditional Shibori fabric dyeing techniques using a variety of all-natural materials during this afternoon workshop taught by artist and designer, Kalen Kaminski. Focusing on pattern and color, participants will create their own wearable silk piece inspired by garments from around the world on view in the exhibition, Veiled Meanings: Fashioning Jewish Dress, from the Collection of the Israel Museum, Jerusalem.
All materials included; All skill levels welcome.
